If you want your tracks to be signed by Yummie Records, you can follow this procedure:

Send your track as an Audio Master on CD-R, together with your name, address and phonenumber and information about the track, to the address that you can find on the contactpage.
For cover-songs, you also need to add the following information: original writer/composer and original publisher. 

We contact you as soon as possible. 

If we are interested, you'll receive an original agreement and a copy, which are already signed by Yummie Records. One you can keep for yourself, one for Yummie Records. The one you send back at us, is supposed to be signed by you. Once received, the agreement is legal.
